Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SEO Fix Agent — the audit engine, the keyword tools, the prompt studio, and the credits that power them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

01Who you are contracting with

SEO Fix Agent (“SEO Fix Agent”, “we”, “us”) provides the website at seofixagent.com and the application behind it (together, the “Service”). “You” means the person or organisation using the Service.

SEO Fix Agent — seofixagent.com

SEO Fix Agent is currently operated under this trading name. Registered company details will be published in this block as soon as the entity is formed; until then all legal notices should be sent to the contact address above and will be answered from it.

02Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, running an audit or a keyword search, or paying for credits, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. The Service is a professional tool and is not directed at children.

These terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of this agreement.

03What the service does

SEO Fix Agent does three things, all of them from the outside of your website:

  • Site audits. You give us the URL of a publicly accessible page. We fetch that page, plus the site's robots.txt and sitemap.xml, and run roughly thirty weighted technical, meta, content, link, social and AI-search (GEO) checks against it, producing a score from 0 to 100 and a list of findings with suggested fixes.
  • Keyword research. We expand a seed term using public search autosuggest data and classify the results by intent. Volume, difficulty and CPC figures shown next to expanded keywords are deterministic estimates, not licensed search volume data — see the disclaimer in section 12.
  • Fix prompts. The prompt studio compiles the findings of an audit into a single severity-ordered instruction set you can paste into a coding agent such as Claude Code, Cursor or ChatGPT so that the fixes can be implemented in your codebase.

How we fetch your pages

The audit engine requests your pages over the public internet the way a search engine crawler does. It identifies itself with the user agent SEOFixAgentBot/1.0, follows at most five redirects, gives up after a short timeout, and reads at most three megabytes of a response body.

No access to your systems

The Service requires no installation, no OAuth grant, no DNS or hosting change and no credentials. We never ask for access to your CMS, repository, analytics or search console. If anything ever claims to be SEO Fix Agent and asks you for a password or an access token, it is not us.

Estimated metrics

Keyword search volume and difficulty shown in the Keyword Explorer are estimates derived from public autosuggest signals, not licensed metrics from a search engine or a paid data provider. They are labelled as estimates in the interface. You must not present them to clients or third parties as measured or licensed data.

04Accounts and verification

Accounts are created with an email address and a password of at least eight characters. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; we cannot read them and will never ask you for one.

We send a verification email on sign-up and you may be required to verify your address before some features become available. Sign-up, sign-in and password-reset requests are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving challenge that confirms a human is making the request.

  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.
  • One account is for one person or organisation. Do not sell, rent or share account access, and do not create multiple accounts to collect the free credit grant more than once.
  • Keep your email address current — it is the only way we can reach you about billing, security and changes to the Service.

05Credits

The Service runs on a prepaid credit model. Credits are a unit of account for metered work — nothing more.

ActionCost
Site audit (one page, ~30 checks)1 credit
Keyword search (one seed expansion)1 credit
Compiling an audit into a fix promptFree
Projects, saved keyword lists, exports, historyFree

How credits arrive

  • 75 free credits are granted once, automatically, when you create your account.
  • 1,000 credits are granted with each monthly Pro subscription payment.
  • 1,000 credits are granted with each one-time top-up purchase.

What credits are not

  • Credits are not money, not a deposit, not e-money and not a stored-value instrument.
  • Credits are not transferable between accounts and cannot be sold, gifted or exchanged.
  • Except where the Refund & Cancellation Policy or mandatory consumer law says otherwise, credits are not redeemable for cash.
  • Credits are consumed at the moment work is performed. Every grant and every spend is recorded in an append-only ledger visible in your billing page, so your balance is always auditable.

Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. If a request fails because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will restore the credit.

06Plans, prices and payment

There is a free tier, a Pro subscription at $10 per month which includes 1,000 credits each month, and one-time top-ups of 1,000 credits for $10. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — card data goes directly to Stripe.
  • Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout through Stripe Tax based on the billing location you provide. Providing an accurate billing location is your responsibility.
  • The Pro subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancellation is available at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your billing page.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If it keeps failing, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free tier. Credits already granted stay in your balance.
  • We may change prices. Changes take effect for a subscription at the start of the next billing period, and we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email so you can cancel first.

07Refunds and cancellation

Refunds, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers, and how cancelling a subscription affects your access are all set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel any time, keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and ask us for a refund if something went wrong.

08Acceptable use

The Service sends automated requests to third-party websites on your instruction. That makes the following rules non-negotiable. You must not:

  • Submit a URL you have no right to audit — see section 9 for what “right” means here.
  • Use the Service to overload, stress-test, denial-of-service or otherwise disrupt any website, including your own, or to audit the same target in a loop for any purpose other than genuine SEO work.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable or work around rate limits, credit accounting, the Turnstile challenge, authentication, or any other technical control — including by scripting the interface, registering multiple accounts, or sharing tokens.
  • Scrape, resell, sublicense or systematically extract the Service or its output in bulk, or use it to build or train a competing product.
  • Submit URLs that point at private, internal or reserved network addresses, or otherwise attempt to use our servers as a proxy to reach systems you could not reach yourself. The audit engine actively blocks this; trying anyway is a breach of these terms.
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, for content that infringes someone else's rights, or to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent that mandatory law permits it.
  • Misrepresent the Service's output — in particular, presenting estimated keyword metrics as measured or licensed data.

We apply per-account rate limits to keep the Service available and to protect the sites you audit. Those limits may change without notice.

09Sites you may audit

You may submit a URL for auditing only if at least one of the following is true. By submitting a URL you confirm that it is:

  1. you own or operate the site;
  2. you are authorised by the owner or operator to run technical SEO analysis against it — for example as their agency, contractor or employee; or
  3. the page is publicly accessible and your analysis of it is lawful in your jurisdiction, such as ordinary competitive research on a public marketing page.

You must not submit URLs behind a login, paywall or other access control, URLs the site owner has asked you not to crawl, or URLs whose content you are not permitted to process. You are responsible for your own compliance with the target site's terms and with applicable law. We may refuse or block any target at our discretion.

10Intellectual property and outputs

Ours

The Service, its interface, the audit engine, the check definitions, the scoring model and the prompt templates are ours and remain ours. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own SEO work. No other rights are granted.

Yours

Everything you put in — URLs, keywords, project names, saved lists — stays yours. We use it only to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Output

Audit reports, keyword sets and compiled fix prompts generated for you are yours to use, adapt, publish and give to clients, with no attribution required. We make no claim over code your coding agent writes from one of our prompts, and we accept no responsibility for it either — review every change before you ship it.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation to you. Do not send us anything confidential in feedback.

11Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not offer an uptime guarantee or a service level agreement, and we may take the Service down for maintenance, upgrades or emergency fixes.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove or materially degrade a feature you are paying for, we will give reasonable notice by email and, where the change is significant and to your disadvantage, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of the unused part of the current billing period under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Service depends on third parties — Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Cloudflare for delivery and bot protection, and public search endpoints for autosuggest data. Their outages become our outages, and changes on their side may change what the Service can do.

12Disclaimers

No ranking guarantee

Search rankings are controlled by search engines and AI answer engines, not by us. Nothing in the Service is a promise of any ranking, traffic, impression, citation or revenue outcome. Anyone who guarantees you a ranking is selling you something else.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. In particular:

  • Audit findings are automated heuristics applied to one page at one moment. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are not a substitute for professional judgement.
  • Keyword volume, difficulty and CPC figures shown for expanded keywords are deterministic estimates computed by us, not licensed data from a search engine or a third-party data provider. Treat them as relative signals for comparison, not as absolute measurements.
  • Fix prompts are drafts for a human to review. You are responsible for the changes your coding agent makes to your site, for testing them, and for backing up your code before applying them.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the statutory rights of consumers in the EU and the UK.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot be limited — death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and mandatory consumer rights — the following apply.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost data, or the cost of substitute services, even if we were told such damages were possible.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any twelve month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the Service in that period, and (b) fifty US dollars.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by changes made to your website or codebase by you or by a coding agent acting on a prompt generated by the Service.

If you are a consumer, this section does not affect your statutory rights, and it does not limit our liability for failing to provide the Service with reasonable care and skill.

14Indemnity

If you use the Service in breach of section 8 or section 9 — for example by auditing a site you had no right to audit, or by using the Service to disrupt a third party — you will indemnify us against claims, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from that use. This does not apply to consumers acting outside a trade, business or profession, to the extent mandatory law says it cannot.

15Suspension and termination

By you

You can stop using the Service at any time, cancel a subscription from the Stripe customer portal, and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. Deletion is covered in the Privacy Policy.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if your use threatens the stability or security of the Service or of a third-party site, if we are required to by law, or if payment for a paid plan fails and is not corrected. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

If we terminate your account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of any current subscription period and, on request, the value of unused purchased credits. If we terminate for a material breach by you, unused credits are forfeited.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — credits not being cash, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive it.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes or the law does. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

  • For minor changes — clarifications, typos, new feature descriptions — we update the page and the date.
  • For material changes that affect your rights or what you pay, we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
  • If you do not accept a material change, cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept it.

17Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, an EU member state, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and may complain to their national consumer-protection authority. In Bulgaria that is the Commission for Consumer Protection. We would rather you emailed us first — we answer.

18Contact

Questions, notices and complaints about these terms go to [email protected]. We aim to answer within five working days.

Please include your account email address so we can find you, and tell us what you would like to happen.

The rest of the paperwork

These four documents are meant to be read together. Where the Terms of Service and a more specific policy disagree on a point that policy covers, the specific policy wins.
