Teams and workspaces
Shared credits, roles, invitations, client workspaces and branded reports.
Workspaces
Every account has a personal workspace. A team is a second workspace with its own credit balance, billing, members and data. Switch between them from the sidebar; every tool then reads and writes the workspace you are in.
Agencies typically create one team per client, buy credits into each, and invite the client as a member so they can see their own reports.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the team |
| Admin | Buy credits, manage members and invitations, create API keys, edit branding |
| Member | Run every tool, share reports, download PDFs |
Invitations
Team → Invite sends an email with a link. The invitation is bound to that email address: the recipient must sign in (or sign up) with it to accept. Pending invitations can be revoked.
Branded reports
Team → Report branding sets a name, accent colour and logo. PDF reports and shared report pages from that workspace carry them in place of ours.
Leaving and deleting
Members can leave a team from the Team page. Deleting your account removes your personal workspace and every team you own, cancels their subscriptions, and leaves teams you merely belong to untouched.
